Use/Care of Your Natural Jewelry
Horn, bone, wood, leather and seeds, just as any precious material, need special care. Do not expose your natural jewelry to prolonged sunlight, water or steam. Remember to remove your jewelry when bathing or swimming, and refrain from soaking it in water, oils, or anything else that could result in possible damage (crack, warp or split).
Simply clean your jewelry with a damp cloth and polish dry. Natural materials should not be dropped as these can break.
Return Policy
If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase , contact us at support@global-fashionista.com and we will send you a return Authorization form. You need to fill this out completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or make an exchange for another item. You can only exchange or return In Stock items.
Your money will be refunded within 15 days of receipt of returned goods. In order to receive a full refund the item must be returned unused and undamaged. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication it was used. If we receive such goods we will charge you $35 and return the items to you. Any customer doing more than (3) three returns will be taken off our customer list and for further orders will be accepted.
Shipment fees for items returned to Global Fashionista will be paid by the customer and should be insured for your protection. Global Fashionista will pay the shipping fees for your exchange item(s) to be shipped to you.
In the rare instance where we may have sent something in error, we will gladly pay for return shipping.
Shipping
Global Fashionista offers shipping to any U.S. state, Canada and most international destinations.
All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping price will depend on the weight and destination of the package. Shipping quote will be offered at the checkout. We are not responsible and will not pay for any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees incurred with international shipping.
We ship via USPS ground, 2nd day air and next day delivery (where available). We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Refunds
You have to inform us at mailto:support@global-fashionista.comwithin 15 days of the date of purchase if you intend to return/exchange.
State the items that you would like to return and the reason for the return.
Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Return item must be in its ORIGINAL/UNUSED condition. Returns of damaged or used items will be rejected and these goods will be discarded.

Exchanges
Conditions of the "Refund" policy above will apply to all exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. The replacement item will be dispatched within 3 working days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
All shipping charges (for return and reshipping) will be responsibility of the customer.

Sales Tax
Local Sales taxes will be applicable for Florida orders only.
Credit card
You can use all cards with the VISA or MasterCard sign. You can place an order at our website and pay directly by using PayPal. The ordered items will be shipped away directly after your Paypal payment was accepted. This means it will be shipped to you within 3 to 10 working days.
PayPal:
1. Make a direct payment via credit card. You do not need to create a Paypal account. You can enter your credit card details and submit your payment.
2. Make a payment by creating a Paypal account. When creating an account you can store your credit card and delivery information for use on your next order. The next time you shop with us you will be able to place your order with one click!
